These Terms & Conditions govern all commercial transactions, orders, services, and business relationships between the company and its customers. By placing an order, signing any agreement, or engaging in business with the company, the buyer fully agrees to comply with and be legally bound by the terms stated herein.

All product information, descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are provided for general reference and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability depends on stock status, production capacity, and supplier conditions. An order shall be considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the company and receipt of the agreed advance payment or full payment, as per mutually agreed commercial terms.

The company maintains quality standards strictly according to the specifications agreed at the time of order confirmation. Natural variations in color, size, texture, packaging, or appearance that may occur due to agricultural, processing, or manufacturing factors shall not be considered defects. The buyer is responsible for reviewing, approving, and confirming samples, specifications, and product details prior to final order confirmation.

All payments must be made strictly as per the agreed payment terms. Any delay or failure in payment may result in suspension, delay, or cancellation of the order without any liability to the company. Payments must be made only through authorized and approved banking channels.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, logistics arrangements, customs clearance, transportation conditions, regulatory approvals, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party service providers, transporters, shipping lines, port congestion, government authorities, or force majeure events beyond its control.

Risk and responsibility for the goods shall transfer to the buyer as per the agreed delivery terms (Incoterms, where applicable) at the time of dispatch, shipment, or handover to the logistics provider. The buyer shall be solely responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, insurance, regulatory compliance, and legal requirements in the destination country.

Any claims relating to quality, quantity, damage, or packaging must be submitted in writing within the agreed inspection period after delivery. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be accepted. The company’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.

The company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion, and in the event of legal proceedings, jurisdiction shall be subject to the registered place of business of the company. By continuing to engage in business with the company, the buyer confirms full understanding and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
